Wabot is not responsible for any account bans, data loss, or restrictions imposed by WhatsApp. 3. Anti-Spam Policy You are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages (Spam). You must have explicit permission from recipients before messaging them. Accounts found violating anti-spam laws or receiving high report rates will be terminated without a refund. 4. Payments and Refunds All payments are made in advance for the selected subscription plan. Since this is a digital service, refunds are not provided once the service has been used or credits have been consumed. 5. Limitation of Liability Wabot shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software. 6.
