Vendor Terms & Conditions
By signing up as a Vendor on Wabot, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reselling Rights
You are authorized to resell Wabot’s services to your clients under your own brand (White-label) or our brand, as per your plan.
You are responsible for setting your own pricing for your customers.
2. Compliance & Anti-Spam
As a Vendor, you must ensure that your clients follow WhatsApp's Official Business Policies.
You are strictly prohibited from allowing your clients to send illegal content, scams, or unsolicited spam messages.
Wabot reserves the right to suspend any Vendor account if it is found to be facilitating high-level spamming activity.
3. Support Responsibility
First-level Support: You are responsible for providing direct support to your own clients.
Technical Support: Wabot will provide technical assistance to you (the Vendor) only, not directly to your end-users.
4. Account Bans & Liability
You acknowledge that WhatsApp is a third-party platform. Wabot is not responsible for any WhatsApp account bans or restrictions faced by you or your clients.
No refunds will be issued for credits or subscriptions if a client’s WhatsApp account is banned.
5. Payments & Credits
Vendor credits/plans are non-transferable and non-refundable.
You must maintain a positive balance or active subscription to keep your clients' accounts running.
6. Termination
Wabot reserves the right to terminate the Vendor partnership if these terms are violated or if the service is used to harm the platform's reputation.

Dashboard Access: Unhe ek demo account zaroor dein taaki wo apne clients ko dikha sakein.
Agreement: Registration ke waqt unse ek checkbox par click karwayein: "I agree to the Vendor Terms & Conditions."
